Travel diary - (Day 4) Taichung to Hehuanshan and Old England Manor to Cingjing

We left Taichung for Hehuanshan at 8.30 am. Heard from the radio that it might rain. When we reached Hehuanshan, it was so cold. All of us wear at least 3 layers of clothes.
Our first stop is Wuling (武嶺), which is the highest point, 3,275 meters, on the island of Taiwan.

It is -0.8 deg celsius

Daddy is the masked man

As it was very misty and cold, we could not see the scenery of Hehuanshan. Imax spoted some ice on the rock walls. We went down to take photos.

We had our lunch at Cingjing area. This restaurant serves good chicken cooked from urn.

The children enjoyed their food. Next, we went to Old England Manor. We were full from our lunch but since it was raining heavily and there was nothing we could do on this rainy day in Cingjing, we went to this most expensive minsu for high tea.

At 4 pm, we proceed to our homestay - Starry minsu. It is the highest minsu in Cingjing area. Can see beautiful sunset from here.

We had our steamboat dinner at Starry minsu.
